Working Together
Individual therapy offers a place to explore the complexity and meaning of your past and current experiences. You are welcome to bring any psychological, emotional, or relational concerns to our sessions.
My therapeutic approach is informed by psychodynamic principles, attachment theory, and relational neuroscience. This way of working can be especially helpful in understanding how relational experiences have shaped what you’ve come to understand about yourself and others. We will pay attention to what feels limiting to you and what supports more possibility.
